SHIPPING POLICY

Once all products are freshly made to order, we dispatch them within 24-48 hours. TOFFEE DOODLE is devoted to delivering its products in prime condition to your doorstep. We ship our products through the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the safety and health of your orders, we have partnered with reputed and trusted courier companies only. It takes 1-3 working days for deliveries depending on your location. For precise information, we will share tracking details with delivery estimates of your order on WhatsApp and SMS. For any order queries, please mail us at support@toffeedoodle.com. Credit Cards, UPI and Wallet payment options.

Where and How Do We ship? We currently ship pan India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

COVID-19 Policy

Due to the current pandemic, services like deliveries have been impacted. While we work with the best courier companies, they too are facing unforeseen issues and your delivery time can be impacted. There will be no refunds if your package is delayed due to our 3rd party logistics partners.

CANCELLATIONS

We have poured our heart and love into making every single product at Toffee Doodle that we sell and we hope that you like it as much as we do. Since this is a food item, the product cannot be returned once purchased.No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUND

In the unlikely scenario that your order is received as damaged or a wrong product is delivered, please write to us at support@toffeedoodle.com. or simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery of shipment. Our team will get in touch with you for a replacement or a refund depending on the order.

Please make sure to include the following:

Your name and Date of purchase
The items you would want a refund from
The reason for the return (optional, but we’d love to use your feedback to improve our products) / refund

Please note:

All products might be asked to return back to us in case of a refund.
Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank.
